As mentioned elsewhere, I don't want money to be an issue.  So, I've listed my current headline rates below but there is lots of flexibility in these if we both agree that this is mutually beneficial.  So get in touch and let's grab a coffee to chat this through.  These rates are correct as at December 2023 after I finally increased them from what they'd been for about 10 years!

General Community Projects

Hourly Rate: £50

Full Day Rate (based on 7 hours): £325

Faith/Ministry or Church Building Development Projects

Hourly Rate: £40

Full Day Rate (based on 7 hours): £250

Travel

Where on site meetings are required, train travel will be charged at cost from Falkirk. Off Peak timings will be used where possible. This will be kept to a minimum, with email, phone and zoom/teams being used at no cost for the bulk of this work.

Additional Time

I will keep to the quoted timescale as far as reasonably possible.  Should it be mutually agreed that additional time is required then additional hours will be charged at £50/£40 each depending on the type of project.

Payment Notes

• Invoices will be submitted at the end of each month during the contract period, with the final invoice issued on satisfactory completion of the required work.

• Payment would be due by bank transfer to Dan Rous within 21 days of the invoice date.

• Dan Rous is liable for his own insurance and tax arrangements on the charged sums.

• CommunityDan is the operating name of Dan Rous, Sole Trader.
